User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.

Content: Any information, text, resumes, profiles, job postings, images, videos, communications, documents, or materials uploaded, shared, or displayed on the Platform.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or legally eligible to enter into binding agreements under applicable laws.
• All information provided by you is accurate, complete, and updated.
• You are authorized to represent any company or organization on whose behalf you use the Platform.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted through their account.

Brysearch reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, incomplete, or unlawful information.

4. Nature of Services

Brysearch Career Consultancy operates as a professional career consultancy and employment assistance platform connecting job seekers with employers and career opportunities.

Brysearch:

• Does not guarantee job placement, interview calls, or employment outcomes.
• Does not act as the direct employer for listed vacancies.
• Does not independently verify every employer, recruiter, or job listing published on the Platform.
• Encourages users to independently verify employer authenticity and job details before engaging.

Career consultancy services including resume building, interview preparation, career guidance, and premium support are provided for professional assistance purposes only.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

• Publish false, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful information.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Upload offensive, defamatory, obscene, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful content.
• Share malware, viruses, spam, or unauthorized promotional material.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or user accounts.
• Misuse candidate or employer information collected through the Platform.
• Use the Platform for illegal recruitment, scams, or deceptive practices.

6. Employer Responsibilities

Employers and recruiters using the Platform agree that:

• No illegal fees or unauthorized payments shall be collected from candidates.
• Candidate information obtained through the Platform shall only be used for legitimate recruitment purposes.

Brysearch reserves the right to remove suspicious job listings or terminate employer accounts without prior notice.

7. Payments, Fees & Refunds

Certain services offered by Brysearch may require payment, including premium memberships, resume services, career consultancy, or promotional services.

By making a payment, users acknowledge that:

• Payment does not guarantee employment or job placement.
• Refund requests will be processed strictly according to the officially published refund policy.
• Fees may be non-refundable once services are initiated or delivered unless otherwise stated.

Brysearch reserves the right to modify pricing, offers, or service structures at any time.

8. Privacy & Data Usage
